Ha Long Bay tour on December 29, 2026

The participants will also be offered a complementary Ha Long Bay tour. Ha Long Bay is 160 kms from Hanoi city centre and it takes around 2.5 - 3 hours to reach via new expressway. Refer conference schedule for exact timing for departure in the morning. It is recommended to depart at 7:30 am for Ha Long Bay in order to make maximum use of the day.

Tour Overview

Pick up from conference venue - Sung Sot Cave- Titop Island - kayaking/bamboo boat at Luon Cave - drop off at Conference venue.

Description

The participants will arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board a day-trip cruise. The cruise will take you to key stops like Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the largest and most impressive caves in the bay. Then all will visit Titop Island, where one can hike to the top for a stunning panoramic view or swim at the beach. As per choice, one can choose the activity like kayaking or a bamboo boat ride around Luon Cave. Enjoy a "sunset party" on the sundeck as you cruise back to the harbor. Lunch/refreshment is not included in the complementary tour.
